Waqt ke panne paltkar
Phir wo haseen lamhe jeene ko dil chahta hai

Kabhi muskurate the hum sath milkar
phir wo sath denkhne ko dil chahta hai

Kuch chahat bhare pal dohrane ko dil chahta hai
Faasle bahut hai darmiyan hamaare

Ye Faasle mitane ko dil chahta hai
Ab aa bhar lo mujhe bahon me

Teri bahon me pighal jane ko dil chahta hai
Kwab hai ye adhura

Phir bhi ye kwaab jeene ko dil chahta hai
Ye sab yaadein lekar hum chale jayenge
In yadon ke sahaare hi jeene ko ab dil chahta hai.
