I have found this program it's NOT a flash... it's a program. It's a xp front part that makes you feel you're on your PC....

first you have to install flashlite2_1_symbians60V3 on your phone

Second you have to install the program Best_XP_THEME_3rd_v1.4

thirldiy install Best_XP_THEME_Patch_Icon_change_able_3rd

You'll find the icon named "xp theme "in the application folder or in "my own"
run it and have fun....
